You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 18 to create an account.

• Session and program pricing is shown at the time of booking. Invoices are issued through QuickBooks/Intuit.
• Some session types are instantly confirmed; others require coach approval before they're on the calendar.
• Rescheduling and cancellation windows are shown on each session type. Late cancellations or no-shows may forfeit the session.

CEA offers coaching, mentorship, and reflective conversation. It is not medical care, therapy, or crisis intervention. If you're in crisis, please contact a licensed professional or your local emergency service.

Notes, uploads, and messages you share with your coach remain yours. You grant us permission to store and use them solely to provide the services you've asked for.

Don't use the site to harass others, upload unlawful content, or attempt to disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

We rely on trusted partners (Supabase, Brevo, Intuit QuickBooks, Google Calendar) to run parts of the service. Their terms apply in addition to ours when you use those features.

The site and services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, CEA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the coaching relationship.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the date above and, when appropriate, communicated by email.
