Founder
Melanie's enthusiasm for humanity creates a place of comfort for the soul. Her nomadic heart and strong connection to people took her on a journey of self-discovery, which included working as a social worker, teacher, and caretaker. However, it was through the transformative power of coaching that Melanie found her true calling.

Creative Director & Executive Assistant
From Chico, California, CEA's Creative Director & Executive Assistant, Lorena Parker, is here to support CEA clients with any and all requests from scheduling to questions about ways to work with us. Her eye for powerful partnerships, intuitive knowing of aligned connections, and initiative for creative developments and structures have changed the shape of CEA.
The story of CEA
“Chief Executive Angel was born out of a singular profound realization Melanie had while helping others reach their career goals.”
She determined that the main cause people felt stuck wasn't something as simple as a lack of proper strategy but rather a disconnect from their authentic and empowered true selves.
From that realization, CEA grew into a practice that pairs transcendental coaching with intuitive healing — meeting change-makers where they are, and walking with them back to who they've always been.
