Chief Executive Angel is a private coaching practice owned and operated by Melanie Paez. You can reach us at hello@chiefexecutiveangel.com.

• Account & contact info you give us when you sign up, book a session, subscribe to the newsletter, or send a message (name, email, optional phone, avatar).
• Booking & program details you share with your coach (session notes, intake answers, uploaded resources).
• Payment & invoicing data processed by our payment partners (currently QuickBooks/Intuit). We do not store full card numbers.
• Basic usage data such as pages viewed and device type, used to keep the site working and improve it.

• To deliver coaching sessions, programs, and follow-ups.
• To send booking confirmations, receipts, and (if you opt in) newsletters.
• To keep the site secure and running.
• To meet legal and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to train third-party AI models.

We share only what a given service needs to function:

• Supabase — database, authentication, file storage.
• Brevo — newsletter and transactional email delivery.
• Intuit QuickBooks — invoicing and payments.
• Google Calendar — booking sync (only if the coach connects it).

We may also disclose information if required by law.

• You can update or delete your account info from your dashboard.
• You can unsubscribe from any marketing email using the link at the bottom.
• You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it by emailing hello@chiefexecutiveangel.com.

We keep client and booking records for as long as your account is active or as needed for tax, accounting, and legal purposes. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe.

CEA services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

If we materially change this policy we'll update the date above and, when appropriate, notify you by email.
