I hope that as you read, you lean back where you sit, take a deep breath into your lungs, and exhale here for yourself in a way that we often need a reminder to do. Are your shoulders holding more than they need? Is your mind anticipating the next thing? Let your willingness to have taken a moment to read this email to also be permission to release that anticipation and just breathe here for a moment. None of my words are revelations, just reminders. Let them be.
You have turned a corner at this point in the year. Some are grasping onto the last moments to get things done. Others have powered down. Perhaps the thoughts of the year ahead are already filling your space. However you normally do transitions is likely showing up in how you are completing your year. Take notice. Is the way it's going supporting you- mind, body, spirit? If you can't quite tell, pause and look away from your screen and take another one of those breaths. What is the pervasive sensation? That can tell you a lot.
For those who would benefit from more insight, Tea Time with Mel this month is focused on Completing 2025, where you will get an opportunity to intentionally take inventory of your year and work through some of the unknowns around this transition. I would love to have you there with us. As a reminder, this is a free or donation hour with new themes each month.
In line with the transition of my year, I took note that the work we did around dreams at my fall retreat was incredibly resonant with how my work is developing and also with many people I am working with these days. From that, Chelsea and I have developed a Dream Tending Course. Dreaming is a portal to multiple dimensions of realities that hold wisdom and guidance for our waking lives, individually and collectively. It is a place for soul recovery, healing, time travel, and lineage reclamation. Our dreams offer us a vision of what else is possible, and is an essential skill in a world that is asking us to wake up and remember our own humanity. To learn to TRUST what we know and how we know it, even when it may not "make sense".
You will learn to embrace your dreams, practice dreaming collectively, let your dreams guide your creativity and play with art, and build confidence and trust in the unknown. Whatsapp group included for support in between sessions.

Testimonial: "I came into this experience with two things feeling very true: I was willing to learn from this, and I also had a lot of fear. I was scared about some changes happening in my life that felt out of my control, but my logical mind was at wit's end to try and manage my way through it. My body was saying yes to the container, my brain had a bit of catching up to do but I'm so glad that I just leaned in.
I had the experience of softening towards my deepest desires, of feeling secure and held in sharing the depths of my imagination and learning to trust the emerging whispers of my power. My dream life now feels properly, healthfully blended with my waking life. I didn't realize the deep pain I felt on a day-to-day basis through them being so separate. The Dream Circle showed me that my power lies not in putting one to bed (hee hee) over the other, but in being courageous enough to trust both worlds with myself. A tremendous bonus was the immense, unpredictable and extremely powerful connection I grew with the other group members, both in waking life and in our dream lives. The blending of these worlds has healed so much in myself, my creativity, not to mention my lineage. It's also of note that as someone who normally hides her true desires, I found myself gleefully sharing desires large and small with my husband on a daily basis. Run, don't walk, and let yourself collapse joyfully into this container." ~ L. Westman
Logistically, we will have 8 calls for an hour and a half each week leading up to Spring. If there are logistical concerns or questions, reach out. We are offering as many accessible options as we can to give room for those dedicated, including potential time changes and payment plans. Please save the dates, and respond here with a request for more information.
In 2026, another offering from Chelsea and me that came to us by request is a monthly Grief Group. Grief is a natural expression of our love, our humanity, and our capacity to feel deeply. Yet so often, we carry it alone.
In community, grief becomes lighter, more breathable. When we tend to it with compassion, it transforms from something that weighs us down into something that reconnects us—to ourselves, to each other, and to what truly matters.
Each month, we will gather in a gentle, welcoming space to tend to the tender places within us—whether your grief arises from the loss of a loved one, a relationship, a pet, a dream, or from the collective heartbreak of the world we share. All forms of grief are honored here.
Come as you are. Bring your stories, your silence, your tears, or simply your presence. You don’t have to navigate your grief alone.

As always, I'd love to have you at any and all offerings I share, and if the newsletter is the one space we are connecting for now, I wish you well and invite you to reach out to share how you're doing. As this last month of the year begins, give yourself the gift of reflection and acknowledgement for all you have overcome, created, and witnessed this year. Take those quiet moments to yourself to take some inventory- forgive, release, acknowledge, thank. Breathe some intention into your moments and watch it bloom the seeds you're planting.
