You set some goals about half a year ago from some ideas of how you thought this year would go. You were sure about them and stayed connected to the vision for a bit, and then they slipped or changed. Without this checkpoint, you may not have even thought about them again until December when it's time to do it all over again. Bringing intentional check-ins to this is a game changer. Reset. Rewrite. Rediscover. Remember what you're building. This is not only about achievement. It is also about alignment. Dust off your old to-do lists and vision boards and check for whether they still align with the direction you are headed. If you've gotten off track, but they're still important, reset your expectations and add a support system with more accountability. If you notice that your eyes are set on a new spot on the horizon, make some time to get clear on your new vision. What does it look and feel like to arrive? Here is an example of alignment and embodiment available in the work that we do, an article a client wrote about her experience. I encourage you to take a moment to listen to the song she has recorded. What do you hear in it for yourself? | | Last month's newsletter about purpose was a foundational piece of this conversation. Your vision is born of your purpose and ends up being a longer lasting fuel than motivation will ever be. Tea Time this month will be a place to workshop this. If you've been reading for a while and you've yet to join the call, let's see what an interactive experience will create in your life on June 17 at 4:30pm pacific. We are trying out an evening time for those whose schedules allow more for that! We will take a look at your 2026 plans from the half way point and reconfigure it to set you up for success in the last half of the year. If it's the timing that won't work, set up a 1:1 with me for it. These are both complimentary or by donation and could not have a lower barrier to entry. It's just you saying yes to the next little step. See what happens! A deeper dive includes taking a look at the familiar sabotages that keep you from moving your goals forward, looking into an accountability structure that would truly make the difference, or breaking those bigger dreams into smaller and more manageable pieces so that the rest of the year is successful. You may surprise yourself with how you bring things to life in a way you'd never have expected. For example, I knew this year would be more focused on being active. Never in my dreams would I have thought it meant playing in a hockey tournament! 4 games in 3 days, sweating through equipment and letting myself do something with no skill or finesse just for the sake of fun and movement. It looked different than I'd imagined and gave me more gifts than I even knew to ask for in my visioning. | | | In other news: For those who were in Dream Club or attended The Beauty Way, we will have our next Dream Club Monthly on June 1 from 11-1 pacific. If you are curious about dreamwork, please respond to this email. We will put you on a list for our next full Dream Club 8-week program in the fall, and upon completion of the program, you will then have access to the monthly offering, too! Dreams are such a well of wisdom and information from the deeper parts of ourselves, and gaining facility there can transform so many aspects of your life. If you hear the call, answer. Also on the horizon: I've developed The Intuitive Facilitator with Lauren Borden, a potent course on weaving the gifts of a strong intuition with commanding and holding a room well as a facilitator driven to make a difference. For coaches, we are applying for ICF CCEs for you right now as the curriculum deepens our relationships with many of the core competencies. For all, this is going to be an incredible set of tools to amplify your work. Stay tuned, and reach out if you're curious to hear more before we send it out. | | | | | | |
